GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Alexander ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Posey
Offenses Involving Insurance; provides that crash report must contain specified information, if available; provides additional fee for certain offenses re insurance crimes; provides additional circumstance re insurance crimes for mandatory revocation of person's driver's license; provides penalties for medical directors of certain health care clinics who refer patients to their own clinics for specified medical procedures, etc. Amends FS.
