GENERAL BILL by Ambler ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brandenburg ; Harrell ; Porth ; Simmons
Electronic Monitoring; authorizes bail bond agents to provide electronic monitoring equipment & services; authorizes such agents to collect a fee for said equipment & services; specifies residency exclusions for sexual offenders or sexual predators; provides additional conditional release restrictions for certain offenders; revises provisions re probation or community control for sexual predators & sexual offenders, etc. Amends FS.
