Psychology Specialties; specifies circumstances under which psychologist may hold himself or herself out as certified psychology specialist, board-certified psychology specialist, or psychology diplomate; requires Psychology Board to adopt rules to establish specified criteria for approval of certifying bodies; specifies that person licensed under Psychological Services law may specify types of services he or she provides, etc. Creates 490.0149.
