GENERAL BILL by Healthcare Council ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Grant ; Needelman

Adoption; provides for service of process by publication for termination of parental rights under Adoption law; provides legislative intent; provides that if unmarried biological father fails to report change of address to Fla. Putative Father Registry, failure is not valid defense based upon lack of notice & adoption entity or adoption petitioner is not obligated to search further for registrant, etc. Amends Chs. 49, 63, 382, 383, 409, 742.
