CS/SB 2546: Compact/Educational Opportunity/Military Children [SPCC]

Compact/Educational Opportunity/Military Children [SPCC]; Directs the Governor to execute the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children on behalf of this state with any other state or states legally adopting the compact. Creates the Interstate Commission on Educational Opportunity for Military Children. Provides the method for the compact to become effective and binding on the member states. Creates the State Advisory Council for the compact, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2008 except as otherwise provided
