Medicaid Waiver Program/Alzheimer's Patients; Extends the authority to continue the waiver program. Requires the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability to conduct a comparative study of Medicaid home and community-based-services waiver programs. Requires that the findings and recommendations be submitted to the Legislature by February 1, 2010, etc.
