Psychology Licensure [SPCC]; Requires Board of Psychology within DOH to close application of applicant who fails to pass licensure examination or submit evidence of completing postdoctoral training within specified period; requires that board provide for exceptions; authorizes persons who have completed postdoctoral residency training to continue practice of psychology under certain circumstances.
