GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Judiciary ; Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Storms ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Care of Children [SPSC]; Creates the "Zahid Jones, Jr., Give Grandparents and Other Relatives a Voice Act." Provides for the DCFS to analyze certain unaccepted reports to the central abuse hotline. Renames "children's zones" as "children's cooperatives." Provides for the DCFS to enter into a contract with a not-for-profit corporation to implement the children's cooperative project. Provides for the reappropriation of funds, etc. APPROPRIATION: Indeterminate.
