International Commercial Arbitration [CPSC]; Cites this act as the "Florida International Commercial Arbitration Act." Defines the scope of application of said act. Provides intent that the act be applied and interpreted with respect to its purpose. Limits the ability of a court to intervene in an arbitral proceeding. Designates the circuit court in which an arbitration is or will be held as the court that may take certain actions authorized by the act, etc.
