Chief Financial Officer/Charts of Accounts [WPSC]; Requires governmental and statutorily created entities to maintain their financial data in accordance with the requirements of the Chief Financial Officer by a certain date. Requires the Chief Financial Officer to adopt charts of accounts that meet certain requirements by a certain date. Requires a review and update of the charts of accounts. Requires the Chief Financial Officer to adopt certain procedures relating to the charts of accounts, etc.
