SB 1700: School Readiness Program Funding

School Readiness Program Funding; Deleting a requirement that all state, federal, and local matching funds provided to an early learning coalition for certain purposes be used for implementation of its approved school readiness plan; requiring the Division of Early Learning within the Department of Education to conduct an allocation conference; requiring conference principals to discuss and agree to all conventions and calculation methods to be used to calculate the school readiness funding formula for the early learning coalitions for the fiscal year for which the appropriations are made, etc.
