GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Education ; Cowin

Education; deletes certain provisions re background check re qualifications of district school system personnel; revises provisions re teaching out-of-field; revises provisions re qualification for temporary certificate; creates additional divisions of DOE; provides show-cause process for violations of probation imposed by Education Practices Commission; creates pilot programs for deregulated public schools in maximum of six counties, etc. Amends FS.
