Professional Regulation; adds criteria for evaluating new regulation; requires DBPR to consider impact on jobs when considering new regulation; requires payment of certain fees or fines prior to board or dept. renewing or issuing initial license or registration; provides procedures & responsibilities when dept. undertakes investigation of contractor; provides for certain dispensing of medicinal drugs to patients in emergency depts. of certain hospitals, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
