GENERAL BILL by Webster
State-Administered Retirement; provides for review & comment on local government retirement system actuarial valuation reports & impact statements on triennial basis; modifies limitation on benefits for service under more than one retirement system or plan; clarifies creditable service provisions for certain school board employees; provides for withdrawal from Senior Management Service Class, etc. Amends Chs. 112, 121, 175.071, 185.06, 216.136; reenacts 413.051(11),(12).
