GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Children and Families
Long-term Care; revises income standard that is basis for sliding fee scale adopted by CFS Dept. for mental health services provided to children & adolescents; directs Commission on Mental Health & Substance Abuse to conduct study & make certain recommendations to Legislature; provides employment screening requirements for hospice personnel; provides for central abuse hotline to receive reports of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of vulnerable adults, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $140,000.
