Bingo Games; provides definitions; authorizes additional groups & organizations to conduct bingo games; requires certain representatives of sponsoring organizations to be present during operation of games; prohibits certain tipping & requires certain itemized cost disclosures; requires sharing of prizes in certain situations; provides for adoption of stricter county ordinances; provides penalties. Amends 849.0931.
