GENERAL BILL by Council for Competitive Commerce ; Russell
Enterprise Zone Designations; removes 12/31/1999, deadline for creation of satellite enterprise zones by certain municipalities; authorizes Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to designate enterprise zones in Sarasota Co. or Sarasota Co. & City of Sarasota jointly & Hernando Co. or Hernando Co. & City of Brooksville jointly; authorizes said office to designate enterprise zones in Holmes Co., Calhoun Co., & Okaloosa Co., etc. Amends Ch. 290.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
