GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Silver

Fla. Health & Human Services Access; creates "Florida Health & Human Services Access Act"; requires AHCA to establish as pilot project comprehensive health & human services eligibility access system; authorizes agency to request federal waivers; authorizes planning, development, & implementation of Florida 211 Network; authorizes AHCA to contract with entity providing prepaid or fixed-sum health care & social services to elderly recipients, etc. Amends FS.
