Disabled, Vulnerable, or Elderly; allows administration of medication by certain unlicensed staff for persons with developmental disabilities; allows administration of medication by certain unlicensed staff in nursing homes & related health care facilities for persons with developmental disabilities; provides training requirements for parents appointed as guardians of property of their minor children; creates Guardianship Task Force, etc. Amends FS.
