Taxation; allows refunds of taxes paid if taxes paid to another state will be credited against Fla. liability; provides that person who willfully attempts in any manner to evade or defeat tax or fee imposed under specified provision, commits felony of third degree; provides DOR direction for retention & destruction of unclaimed evidence; extends documentary stamp tax exemption for international banking transactions to out-of-state banks, etc. Amends FS.
