GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Atwater ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Argenziano ; Cowin

Trauma Care Center Care Services; requires hospitals & trauma centers to provide data on moderate-to-severe brain or spinal cord injuries to DOH; revises requirements for DOH's development of state trauma system plan; provides additional civil penalties for certain traffic infractions; provides penalty for specified violation of traffic control signal devices & for failure to submit to test for impairment or intoxication, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $31,841,454.
