Business Entities; provides definitions, requirements, criteria, & procedures for conversion of domestic corporation into another business entity; provides for appraisals of interest in certain limited liability companies; exempts certain private clubs organized as corporations from prohibition against distributions made to members in certain circumstances; revises Fla. Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, etc. Amends Chs. 607, 608, 617, 620.
