Sinkhole Insurance; allows deductible amount applicable to sinkhole losses in policy for residential property insurance; revises requirements for sinkhole reports by professional engineers & professional geologists; prescribes alternative method for resolving disputed sinkhole insurance claims; prohibits certain solicitations by contractors & other persons providing sinkhole remediation services, etc. Amends Ch. 627, 877.02; creates 627.7074. APPROPRIATION: $375,808.
