GENERAL BILL by Benson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Murzin

Temporary Buildings; authorizes certain temporary buildings to be permitted to use certain foundation systems; provides for extending time period of use of such buildings under certain circumstances; prohibits denial of extension application under certain circumstances; requires Florida Building Commission to define certain terms & provide certain standards & criteria within said code for temporary structures or buildings, etc. Amends 553.37.
