Corporations [CPSC]; Revises various provisions of law pertaining to corporations relating to: annual financial statements; electronic transmission of documents; agent fees; articles of incorporation; corporations not for profit; alien business organizations; corporate distributions; stock certificates as certificates of membership; transfers of membership; resignations; termination or suspension procedures; dues, assessments, or fees, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
