GENERAL BILL by Budget Subcommittee on General Government Appropriations ; Community Affairs ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Hays

Water Management; Requiring water management districts to include certain reservations and water bodies in priority lists and schedules; providing for the adoption of certain reservations and minimum flows and levels by the Department of Environmental Protection; authorizing water management districts to enter into interagency agreements for resource management activities, studies, or projects under specified conditions; requiring that the district providing the funding for an activity, study, or project ensure that some or all of the benefits accrue to the funding district; requiring that certain permits be granted for at least 30 years; creating the Study Committee on Investor-Owned Water and Wastewater Utility Systems, etc.
