Hialeah County Study Commission; creates Proposed Creation of Hialeah County Study Commission; provides for appointment of technical assistance group to serve as ex officio members of commission; requires commission to review feasibility of creating new county in area known as Hialeah; requires that commission make certain estimates & projections; requires Legislative Committee on Intergovernmental Relations to provide technical support, etc. APPROPRIATION: $150,000.
