Economic Development; revises certain procedures & conditions re sales tax exemption for enterprise-zone building materials & business property; extends community contribution tax credit provisions of enterprise zone program to state sales tax; revises computation procedures of enterprise-zone job credit against corporate income tax; deletes time-period limitation for "Jobs for Florida's Graduates" school-to-work program, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION.
