GENERAL BILL by Council for Healthy Communities ; Health Regulation ; Farkas

Health Care; prohibits rebate or split-fee arrangements with dialysis facilities for patient referrals to clinical laboratories; prohibits rules that establish standards & guidelines for organ & tissue procurement from allowing pooling of human cells or tissue; provides automatic eligibility for admission to any medical school in State University System for military academy students or graduates who qualify for Medical Corps of U.S. military, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
