GENERAL BILL by Waters

Transportation; provides for reorganization of DOT; provides for government acquisition of certain roads; provides for issuing citations for toll violations by first class mail; provides for authorization of traffic accident investigation officers; revises duties of DOT re regulation of airport sites & airports; provides components of Florida Strategic Intermodal System; creates Statewide Intermodal Transportation Advisory Council, etc. Amends FS.
