GENERAL BILL by Lynn
Educational Leadership; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1032,2418,2496) creates BEST Florida Teaching Act of 2003; requires employment of certain persons to perform tasks not related to classroom instruction; revises provisions re teacher authority & responsibility for control of students; creates Teaching Fellows Program to encourage certain graduate students to enter teaching profession; creates categorical fund to provide BEST Florida Teaching bonuses, etc. Amends FS.
        
        Effective Date: Upon becoming law
