GENERAL BILL by Economic Development,Trade & Banking Committee ; Bilirakis ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Farkas ; McInvale

Workforce Innovation; establishes separate budget for Agency for Workforce Innovation; provides that agency may serve as contract administrator for Workforce Florida, Inc.; authorizes agency to provide or contract for training of certain employees; provides guidelines for expenditure of federal funds; authorizes Workforce Fla., Inc., to establish dispute resolution process for certain purposes, etc. Amends Ch. 445, 20.50, 427.012; repeals FS.
