Transportation; Requiring the Department of Revenue to distribute from the proceeds of a specified tax a specified amount monthly to the State Transportation Trust Fund beginning on a certain date; revising provisions relating to the administration and financing of certain aviation and airport programs and projects; revising construction; requiring that the removal or relocation of an electric utility transmission line be at the utility owner’s expense, rather than the electric utility’s expense; revising requirements for the designation of additional metropolitan planning organizations (M.P.O.’s), etc.
