TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Sembler

Trust Funds/Termination; terminates specified trust funds within Agric. & Consumer Services Dept., DEP, DOI, & DOR; provides for disposition of balances in & revenues of such trust funds; declares findings of Legislature that specified trust funds within Agric. & Consumer Services Dept., Banking & Finance Dept., DEP, DOI, & DOR are exempt from termination requirements of certain provision of State Constitution, etc. Amends FS.
