Health Care; revises provisions re hospital & ambulatory surgical center internal risk management programs; increases membership on Health Care Risk Management Advisory Council; limits financial information AHCA may require to determine amount of hospital annual assessments; transfers Nursing Student Loan Forgiveness Program from DOE to Health Dept.; provides for future relocation of headquarters of Nursing Board, etc. Amends FS.
