GENERAL BILL by Machek
Water Resources; provides for development of water conservation guidance manual by DEP; authorizes WMDs to require use of reclaimed water in lieu of surface or groundwater when use of uncommitted reclaimed water is environmentally, economically, & technically feasible; provides applicability of provisions re ownership & operation of utilities by entities composed of municipalities & counties, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
