GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Banking and Insurance ; Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Peaden
Affordable Health Care; requires certain licensed facilities to provide public Internet access to certain financial information; prohibits AHCA from issuing licenses for certain emergency departments located off primary premises of hospital before July 1, 2005; requires each pharmacy to make available on its Internet website link to certain performance outcome & financial data of AHCA & notice of availability of such info., etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $3,132,569.
