David Levitt School Anti-Hunger Act; creates "David Levitt School Food Anti-Hunger Act of 2001"; requires school districts to donate surplus or excess canned or perishable foods to food recovery or hunger assistance programs; provides exemptions; authorizes rules. Amends 228.195.
