GENERAL BILL by Reagan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler ; Bowen ; Homan

Elections; authorizes Secretary of State to investigate voter fraud; provides for qualifying for nomination or election by petition process; requires that elector in line at time polls close be allowed to vote; revises Voter's Bill of Rights to authorize provisional ballot if person's identity is in question; provides requirements for ballots for persons with disabilities; revises times to begin & end early voting, etc. Amends FS.
