GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means

Appropriations Implementing Bill; provides legislative intent; provides for use of specified calculations re Fla. Education Finance Program; provides limitation on university & direct-support organization financings; authorizes DCFS to transfer funds within family safety program; authorizes extension of repayment periods for moneys transferred between funds as result of hurricanes striking state in 2004; authorizes use of state aircraft for commuting, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 07/01/2005 except as otherwise provided
